ASMIRETEK sees a lot about your fleet, so how that data is collected, kept, and reached matters. Here is what we hold, why, and the controls around it - stated plainly, with no overclaiming.
What is collected
Asset records - device and software details, assignment, health and usage signals needed to track lifecycle and flag issues. We collect what the asset engine needs to do its job, not more.
How long it is kept
Signals are retained for as long as they are useful for prediction and history, then aged out. Records tied to an asset live for the life of that asset on your account.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, so asset and usage information is protected both as it moves and where it is stored.
Role-based access
Access is scoped by role. An IT admin sees the full grid; a department manager sees the assets relevant to their team - not the whole organization.
Who can see what
Visibility follows responsibility. Roles determine the slice of the grid a person can reach, so sensitive fleet-wide detail stays with the people accountable for it.
- IT administrators work across the full asset grid - every device, license, and node.
- Department managers see the assets assigned to their team, without visibility into the wider organization.
- Access can be tightened or widened as roles change, and it is reviewed against the record, not assumed.
Protection in transit and at rest
All asset and usage data is encrypted while it travels and while it is stored. The intent is that neither a network path nor a storage layer exposes fleet information in the clear.
Compliance posture
We state our posture honestly and only claim what is actually in place. As formal certifications and attestations are completed, they will be reflected here rather than promised ahead of time.
