Asset and infrastructure data
To do its job, ASMIRETEK records details about the assets in your fleet - devices, installed software, assignment, and the usage and health signals used to predict end-of-life, check license compliance, and monitor infrastructure. This data belongs to your organization; we process it to deliver the service to you.
- Device records - identity, assignment, warranty, and lifecycle status.
- Software records - installed titles, license mapping, and seat activity.
- Health and usage signals - the readings that drive prediction and monitoring.
Account and contact data
When you start a trial, request a plan, or contact us, we collect the details you provide - name, work email, company, role, and fleet size - so we can create your access, respond to you, and administer your account.
How the data is used
- To run the asset engine - inventory, prediction, monitoring, and procurement requests.

Retention
Signals are kept for as long as they are useful for prediction and history, then aged out. Records tied to an asset are held for the life of that asset on your account. Account and contact data is retained while your account is active and for the period we are required to keep it afterward.
Access and protection
Access within your organization follows role - administrators see the full grid, department managers see the assets relevant to their team. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We limit internal access to what is needed to operate and support the service.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the platform - such as the infrastructure and email delivery services that power your account - and only to the extent required to provide the service, or where the law requires it.
Your choices
